Job Title: Pega PRPC Consultant Healthcare

Duration: 12-Month Contract
Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Pega PRPC Consultant with experience in the Healthcare domain to design, develop, and implement scalable BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC and a strong understanding of healthcare workflows such as claims processing, member management, and care management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Platform).
- Implement case management, workflows, and business rules using Pega frameworks.
- Work on healthcare modules such as:
- Claims processing
- Member enrollment and servicing
- Provider management
- Care management / utilization management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems (APIs, web services, EHR/EMR systems).
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and testing activities.
- Provide production support and resolve defects/issues.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform development.
- Hands-on with:
- Case Management
- Data modeling
- UI (Sections, Harnesses)
- Integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of Pega frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in Healthcare domain (payer or provider side).
- Familiarity with healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, HIPAA concepts is a plus).
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pega certifications:
- CSA (Certified System Architect)
- CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
- LSA (Lead System Architect) (preferred for senior roles)
- Experience with healthcare products or platforms.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with decisioning (Pega Decisioning / CDH).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience in DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
