Senior Producer, Features - Marvel Strike Force

Scopely is a leading video game and global interactive entertainment company, and they are seeking a Senior Producer, Features to join their Marvel Strike Force team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end feature development pipeline, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and driving predictable delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drive multi-team roadmaps and delivery across multiple pods/workstreams simultaneously
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration between Product, Design, UX, UI, Engineering and QA
• Drive stakeholder management as a core lever of delivery: ensure the right leaders are in the right conversations at the right time, align on outcomes/decisions early, and prevent late pivots
• Own and continuously improve the feature development pipeline across pods to reduce rework, simplify coordination, and make delivery more predictable over time - driving both process and mindset shifts
• Coach and manage feature producers to raise the bar on planning and execution

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Game Production experience
• 2+ years of experience using Agile development methodologies
• 2+ years of cross-functional feature delivery from Pre-Production through Live release
• Experience shipping gameplay features in F2P mobile/live service games
• Familiarity with validation loops (prototypes, playtests, A/B tests) and learning-driven iteration
• Experience bridging feature teams with Live Ops for ongoing operability
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, AirTable, Miro, etc
