SYSTEMTEC is seeking an ERP Business Analyst for a 1 year contract with possible extensions for a remote opportunity with occasional on-site presence. The ideal candidate will support ERP-related initiatives by gathering and translating business requirements into actionable solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements and projects from concept through implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for ERP enhancements and projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria for initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-making
- Support solution design by validating alignment with business needs and operational processes
- Coordinate testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution
- Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement efforts across processes and systems
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or ERP-related roles
- Hands-on experience supporting ERP enhancements, implementations, or transformation initiatives
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact analysis
- Experience coordinating testing efforts, including system and user acceptance testing
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Infor, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Familiarity with functional areas such as HR, payroll, finance, or supply chain
- Experience in large, complex, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of integrations, reporting/analytics, and role-based security models
- Exposure to IT service management or change management tools (e.g., ticketing systems)
- Experience supporting process redesign, UAT, and implementation readiness activities
