Senior Software Engineer

Orion Innovation is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join their team. In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions that support critical business needs while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high‑quality software solutions aligned with business requirements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing software applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure reliability and scalability
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Senior Software Developer with strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Familiarity with database systems and SQL
• Experience with modern software development methodologies and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
