The Senior Project Manager will lead complex marketing initiatives, ensuring effective project delivery and alignment with business priorities while managing multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and enforce the project intake process, including investigation and prioritization of new requests
- Lead the planning and execution of complex, multi-channel marketing projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and scope
- Oversee project delivery across an assigned line of business, ensuring alignment and coordination across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Gather and translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable project plans
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, communication plans, and risk/issue tracking
- Coordinate resources across projects, ensuring appropriate allocation of team members and alignment with project priorities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing communication across all phases of the project lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery of project milestones
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and conflicts across projects and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership, including key milestones and potential impacts
- Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff, status, and post-project reviews
- Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, processes, and team efficiency, and implement best practices
- Provide guidance and oversight to Project Managers supporting the same line of business, ensuring consistency in execution and workload balance (if applicable)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Marketing or related field
- Work in fast-paced environment and able to switch gears easily between projects
- Understand the steps in the creative and campaign implementation process across all channels
- Thorough understanding of the fundamentals of project management, both Waterfall and Agile
- Experience leading and managing people/other project managers
- Bachelor's degree
- Project Portfolio Management tool experience a plus
