Santcore Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and delivering technology projects while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong project management expertise and effective communication skills, particularly within state or local government environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of technology projects from initiation through completion
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization, both internal and external
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives
- Apply project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment with SDLC processes and standards
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technology project implementation
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with Maine State Government, other state government, or similar public sector organizations
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies
- Strong awareness and understanding of SDLC methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
