Unite Us is dedicated to unlocking the potential of every community, and they are seeking a Senior Financial Business Partner to serve as a strategic finance partner to business leadership. This role is responsible for driving alignment between enterprise objectives and financial performance, converting organizational priorities into actionable financial plans using advanced analytics and forecasting.
Responsibilities:
- Own the monthly forecasting process and development of multi-year financial models and the annual budgeting cycle, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Delivers KPI reporting, variance analysis, and forward-looking insights, translating data into actionable recommendations that drive performance against company targets
- Drives adoption, optimization, and scalability of financial systems and tools to improve efficiency, data integrity, and decision support
- Ensures adherence to financial and accounting policies, maintaining strong governance, accuracy, and compliance across planning processes
- Identifies and implements process improvements that enhance transparency, standardization, and operational rigor within FP&A
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a relevant field
- 4+ financial planning and analysis
- Demonstrates mastery of FP&A methodologies, financial modeling, and scenario planning
- Connects financial outcomes to operational drivers, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Builds trust with senior leaders by delivering accurate, timely, and strategic guidance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered in lieu of a degree, with additional relevant experience and demonstrated skills prioritized
- Planful experience strongly preferred
