Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on automation, reliability, and continuous delivery across applications and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications in Azure environments
- Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes via Azure Kubernetes Service)
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud systems
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
- Collaborate with development teams to improve release cycles and automation
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Enforce DevOps best practices, governance, and cost optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services (VMs, App Services, Storage, Networking)
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep)
- Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture
- Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert)
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments
- Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud setups
