Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives
- Solve ambiguous analytical problems independently
- Partner with stakeholders to align analytics to business strategy
- Mentor Junior and Associate Analysts
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related disciplines, including ownership of complex stakeholder-facing analytics. Equivalent experience and demonstrated capability may be considered in place of years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- SQL: Advanced query design, validation logic, and performance tuning
- Tableau: Advanced dashboard design and optimization
- Tableau Prep: Complex, reusable data flows
- Databricks: Confident querying and collaboration with Data Engineering
- Python: Data analysis and validation scripts
- Statistics: Regression concepts and analytical rigor
- Data Modeling Awareness: Strong understanding of grain and joins
- Strong analytical judgment and constructive pushback
- Ownership of data quality and change impacts
- Ability to frame insights in business terms
