They are seeking a Product Management Director who will lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution across multiple platforms, partnering closely with various teams to drive product innovation and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap planning across core platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals
- Translate business strategy, client insights, and market trends into clear, actionable product plans and investment recommendations
- Lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization
- Establish clear product outcomes and measurable OKRs that guide teams toward impact, not just output
- Build and manage effective product governance practices that support transparent decision‑making, prioritization, and trade‑offs
- Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Growth, Client Success, and Regulatory teams to ensure high‑quality execution and alignment
- Serve as a trusted product leader to stakeholders, aligning diverse teams around shared goals and customer needs
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, coaching them to operate as empowered, outcome‑focused owners
- Foster a culture of continuous discovery, encouraging rapid experimentation, prototyping, and validation before development
- Balance innovation with scalability, operational stability, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree a plus
- 8–10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of cross‑functional product teams
- Proven success leading product strategy and roadmap execution in complex, regulated, or enterprise environments
- Strong technical fluency, including experience working within cloud‑based platforms and modern digital ecosystems
- Hands‑on experience with product tools such as Jira and Figma to support disciplined delivery and collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to use data, insights, and emerging technologies (including AI) to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around a shared vision
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other highly regulated industries
- Background working in SaaS or platform‑based product environments
- Experience leading teams through organizational change or product transformation initiatives
