Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound customer service support for client-specific inquiries
- Assist with account issues, fraud resolution, and general support
- Deliver accurate, confidential service and meet performance benchmarks
- Attend certification training and maintain service quality standards
Requirements:
- Must have a computer with following: Windows 10 or 11 PC with Intel i5+ or AMD Ryzen 3+, 8 GB RAM
- Hardwired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi)
- USB headset with phone-quality audio
- Hardwired keyboard and mouse
- Smartphone for security verification
- Hardwired telephone may be required for some programs
- Can you pass a background check and drug screening?
