Senior Product Designer*

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design process for user interfaces and experiences, collaborating with product managers and engineers to create functional design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for user interfaces and experiences, ensuring a seamless interaction across platforms
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications using Figma to communicate design concepts effectively
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into functional design solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design improvements
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate design quality

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically in UI/UX roles
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, with a strong understanding of HTML and CSS
• Demonstrated ability to create user-centered designs that solve complex problems
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and methodologies
• Familiarity with agile development processes and working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in the AI or consumer technology sectors, with an understanding of user needs in these markets
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices in design
