Lycored is a global company focused on natural health ingredients, seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager for their Health Division. The role involves managing key accounts in the North American nutraceutical market, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships while representing Lycored at industry events.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key North American accounts in the health and nutraceutical sector. Accounts are a blend of leading brands and CDMOs in the nutraceutical industry
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing business and securing new B2B opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, and ongoing engagement
- Become a trusted technical advisor by deeply understanding Lycored’s health ingredients and clearly communicating their value, benefits, and applications
- Proactively identify market opportunities and monitor competitive activity
- Manage customer concerns and escalations, working cross-functionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the broader sales team and internal departments (R&D, marketing, operations) to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Represent Lycored at trade shows, conferences, and industry events—providing education, and training – while building customer relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Sciences, Business, or related discipline preferred)
- Minimum 6-12 years of proven B2B sales experience in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or health ingredients industry
- Demonstrated success selling natural, value-added ingredients and trademarked wellness solutions as well as generic actives
- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage key accounts strategically
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CRM (or similar)
- Ability to thrive in a remote/virtual work environment
