Title: Senior Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Duration: 3 Months (3 Yrs Ext)
Location: Austin, Texas 78751. The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework.
Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Thurs & Fri) required to be onsite at the location listed above.**Subject to change per the hiring team**
Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY (Within 50-mile radius).
Summary:
Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
The Software Engineer 3 contractor position is part of the client IT Administrative Applications Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team and will play a crucial role in designing, developing, maintaining automation and document intelligence solutions that transform large, complex data sources. The Software Engineer 3 will perform advanced developer duties including solution design, automation development, document ingestion and analysis, search enablement, infrastructure support, collaboration across teams, and continuous improvement. The contractor role will focus on robotics and document processing technologies that may include Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, Azure, and PDF/document processing frameworks. This position will be responsible for developing, testing, and supporting solutions that automate business processes and convert large multi hundred-page PDFs and data packages into structured, navigable, and actionable intake artifacts. The work will occur in a fast paced Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment.

- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
Required Skills:
- 8 Years of Required Hands-on experience with RPA development, with at least
- 4 years of specifically using Blue Prism, including attended and unattended bots interacting with web sites
- 8 Years of RequiredExperience with RPA integration with APIs and Databases including RESTful web services and SQL DBs
- 8 Years of RequiredExperience developing reports and/or documents based on structured/unstructured data
- 8 Years of RequiredExperience building analytics based on structured/unstructured data
Preferred Skills:
- 4 Years of PreferredExperience with Azure infrastructure including troubleshooting
