We are seeking a high-level Salesforce Certified Developer to lead the technical design and implementation of customizable CRM solutions. In this role, you will be the technical backbone for critical crisis-line workflows, ensuring high-performance integration and secure application lifecycles.
Location & Work Arrangement
- Location: Lansing, MI (400 S Pine St)
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (non-negotiable)
- Onsite: Tuesdays & Wednesdays
- Remote: Mondays, Thursdays, & Fridays
- Requirement: Candidates must be local (within 90 miles of Lansing) at the time of application.
Interview Process
- Format: 30-minute Virtual Interview via MS Teams (Video Required).
- Technical Check: Candidates must join via laptop and be prepared to share their screen for technical validation.
- Verification: ID validation and a candidate screenshot will be required at the start of the interview.
Core Requirements & Mandatory Skills
- Experience: 6+ years of Salesforce Development.
- Specialization: 5+ years with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
- Technical Stack: 4+ years of hands-on coding with Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
- Integrations: 2+ years of API (REST/SOAP) and SSO implementations.
- DevOps: Demonstrated experience with SFDX, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Certifications: Must hold both Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Build and deliver user stories for crisis call workflows.
- Architecture: Design secure, high-performance solutions that integrate across multiple platforms.
- Release Management: Own the full release cycle, including data migration and code deployment.
- Collaboration: Act as a technical expert for stakeholders and mentor the development team on coding standards.
