
Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices including Scrum Kanban and Lean.
Ensure the Agile Release Train (ART) stays on course by facilitating its events and processes and assisting the teams in delivering value and driving relentless improvement. Typically a servant leader who acts as Chief Scrum Master and coach for the ART
Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management.
Ability to engage and manage relationships with various stakeholders including product owners team members and external partners.
Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating team features and capability estimation and roll-up to the value stream and portfolio level
Experience in Agile tools like JIRA Confluence.
Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum process.
Basic understanding of software development processes Agile engineering practices DevOps etc.
Knowledge of Agile methodology User Story management Continuous Integration Continuous Testing tasks and capacity planning etc.Strong ability to facilitate meetings workshops and ceremonies (e.g. Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives).Ability to foresee upcoming risks impediments and guide the Scrum Team to achieve the resolution.
Ability to analyze and report on team performance metrics (e.g. velocity burndown charts) and use data to drive improvements.
Ability to take and understand commitment to deliver the product on time.
Scrum Master certification is preferred.
GxP experience is required
Experience in Life SciencesCPG industry
Manage the scrum process by coordinating with the Scrum Team as well as with the other Scrum Masters and be flexible to participate in-person onsite scrum events (minimum 3 days per week).Be detailed oriented and organized to keep the squad on track with deliverables at the same time be able to foresee upcoming risks impediments that could impact delivery and help the squad navigate through it.
Able to adapt Agile practices with Customers Ways of Working especially with GXP validated systems.
Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives) to ensure they are productive and time boxed.
Help the team to reach consensus during discussions and facilitate decision-making.
Promote the adoption of Agile best practices and help the team embrace a mindset of learning collaboration and experimentation.
Track the teams progress and performance through metrics (e.g. velocity burn-down charts) and ensure transparency in reporting.
Manage the product backlog and refine user stories.
Create useful reliable and practical plans for the project and perform capacity planning.
Coach team members on Agile practices and help them grow in their roles.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating Sprint Retrospectives and help the team to identify areas for improvement.
Address conflicts within the team and facilitate discussions to resolve issues amicably.
