Key Responsibilities
Azure Cloud Architecture Design & Strategy: Design and architect robust, efficient, and scalable Azure-based solutions, including core services (compute, storage, networking, and security components). Define enterprise-wide architectural strategy and technical standards Technical Leadership and Governance.
Own the definition of integration patterns (synchronoasynchronous, event-driven). Provide architectural oversight and design reviews for application integrations and modernization initiatives. Implement governance policies Cloud Migration & DevOps:
Develop comprehensive cloud migration strategies and roadmaps for transitioning on-premises applications to Azure. Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps/Jenkins) and automate deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates.45
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years in enterprise integration or middleware architecture, or a similar cloud architecture role, with a strong track record of designing and implementing large-scale Azure solutions.34Azure Expertise (Core):
Deep, hands-on experience with core Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure DevOps, Azure Active Directory, IaaS, AKS, Containers, Storage, and Networking.46Cloud Architecture:
In-depth knowledge of Azure architecture and services. Experience with cloud migration, multi-cloud environments (AWS or Azure), and hybrid cloud strategies.45Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of cloud security practices, IAM, and compliance standards.46Messaging & Integration (Preferred):
Experience with event-driven and message-based architectures.
Design experience withQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications: Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert is highly preferred.4
