Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the full marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring systems are properly configured, maintained, and continuously improved
- Design, implement, and refine automated workflows that support engagement throughout the customer lifecycle
- Manage lead handling processes, including scoring, routing, and nurturing strategies
- Establish and monitor models that attribute revenue across marketing, sales, and service functions
- Review pipelines and automation processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation
- Develop dashboards and reports to track performance indicators such as conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting metrics
- Connect core CRM and sales platforms with additional tools to enable seamless data integration
- Document systems, workflows, and procedures to support scalability and consistency
- Contribute to cross-team initiatives involving data quality, system alignment, and automation improvements
- Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in CRM systems, marketing technology, and revenue operations
- Lead and support team members, ensuring performance objectives are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of five years in marketing operations or a similar function
- Strong experience with CRM and sales platforms (e.g., HubSpot Enterprise, Salesforce)
- Background in managing demand generation systems in a complex B2B environment
- Familiarity with data enrichment tools and intent-based marketing platforms
- Understanding of SEO, search algorithms, and related tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising and retargeting
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
- Exposure to business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements
- Skilled in building reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and improving systems
- Competence with standard office software
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a distributed team
- Experience leading or mentoring team members remotely
