Compunnel Inc. is a global workforce solutions provider, and they are seeking a highly execution-focused Ad Operations Lead to join their Ads New Ventures team. This role involves managing end-to-end co-marketing campaign activations, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately and efficiently while driving operational excellence and delivering measurable outcomes for advertisers.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of co-marketing campaigns from intake to launch and post-campaign validation
- Execute campaign setup, trafficking, testing, and deployment across multiple digital channels
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all campaign components
- Manage campaign activations across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and programmatic channels
- Oversee audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign configurations
- Monitor live campaigns and support optimizations to improve performance
- Serve as the primary operator and subject matter expert for internal activation tools (e.g., proprietary systems)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support internal teams with platform usage
- Ensure campaigns are properly tracked and aligned with measurement frameworks
- Lead rigorous QA processes to ensure campaigns are error-free and meet all platform and creative specifications
- Validate tracking, tagging, and creative assets prior to launch
- Maintain high standards for execution quality
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and external agencies to translate campaign briefs into execution plans
- Act as the central point of coordination for campaign delivery
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights on targeting, creative, and optimization opportunities
- Support post-campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Help improve processes through data-driven learnings
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in digital media operations, ad operations, or campaign management
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and/or programmatic media
- Strong understanding of: Campaign trafficking & setup, Audience targeting & segmentation, Tracking, attribution, and performance metrics
- Experience with ad tech platforms, dashboards, or CMS tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong QA mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in agency environments or high-volume campaign execution roles
- Exposure to co-marketing, retail media, or marketplace advertising
- Familiarity with proprietary ad platforms or internal tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
