Job Overview:
Pay Range: $69hr -$74hr
Requirement/Must Have:- 7+ years of compensation experience.
- In-depth knowledge of India and Mexico labor markets preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of compensation theories, principles, and program design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority.
Experience:
- Experience in compensation program design and administration.
- Experience working with multi-country compensation structures.
- Experience in job evaluations and market benchmarking.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer compensation programs across multiple countries.
- Execute annual salary planning and incentive cycles.
- Perform and oversee job evaluations for broad-based and executive roles.
- Design and implement compensation policies ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Oversee salary survey participation and salary structure development.
- Develop and deliver compensation-related training.
- Recommend process improvements and policy changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Should Have:
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
- Certification in compensation or HR preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business tools.
- Ability to work in complex and dynamic environments.
Qualification and Education:
- Bachelor s degree required.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred.
