Operator I

Requirement/Must Have:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a clean room or production environment.

Experience:

• No prior assembly experience required; training will be provided.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine mechanical and electronic assembly operations.
• Operate production equipment, hand tools, and measuring instruments.
• Work with both automated and manual equipment.
• Complete required documentation and paperwork accurately.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with leads, engineers, and supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with training and production standards.

Should Have:

• Ability to work in a clean-room environment with gowning requirements.
• Ability to distinguish colors (correctable vision acceptable).
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced production setting.
