Job Description:

• The Power BI Developer is responsible for architecting and delivering robust business intelligence and data visualization solutions that enable agency-wide insight and decision-making. This role builds complex dimensional data models, develops interactive dashboards and reports, and transforms data into compelling visual narratives for business and technical stakeholders. The developer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable reporting solutions that improve visibility, usability, and impact across the organization.
• This position requires at least 4 years of hands-on Power BI experience and the ability to independently perform a broad range of highly complex technical work. The ideal candidate applies sound judgment, plans and executes work with minimal oversight, and brings a high level of creativity, initiative, and problem-solving ability to each engagement. This role may also lead projects or provide guidance to other team members as needed.

• Expertise in Power BI report development, dashboard design, and dimensional modeling
• Ability to translate complex data into intuitive and actionable visual insights
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver reporting solutions
• Strong understanding of data storytelling, usability, and visualization best practices
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment
