Supply Chain Data Lead

JOB SUMMARY This role is responsible for leading the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across three manufacturing sites in collaboration with a third-party vendor. The position involves designing and developing Power BI reports based on Supply Planning requirements, managing SAP planning master data as a system expert, and coordinating regional needs. The individual will provide guidance, support, and training for planning teams, foster knowledge sharing, and enhance governance and performance management structures. This role also contributes to operational activities driving continuous improvement in planning performance, ensuring findings are communicated within the planning community, and improving processes to achieve key performance indicators. Additionally, the position entails identifying and supporting process, tool, and report enhancements, adapting to changing priorities in an agile manner, and performing some business travel. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) with a 3rd party vendor for 3 manufacturing sites. Design and develop reports (Power BI) based on Supply Planning requirements extracted from the data-lake. Act as the SAP planning master data management, tooling & system expert, and coordinate regional requirements. Provide guidance, support, and organize training material for the planning teams. Enable knowledge and best practice sharing; setup/increase quality of governance structure and performance management (MDI). Support the Supply CI Manager on operational activities to drive continuous improvement in planning performance across all Business Units. Ensure improvement findings and completed actions are shared within the planning community. Help improve the process to review and achieve main KPIs (OTIF, Inventory, SAP Data Accuracy, etc.). Identify, propose, and support improvements to the processes, tools, and reports used by the team. Work in an agile manner and be able to cope with changes on priorities/projects based on business needs and findings. Required Qualifications Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Data Science (or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree). Experience with SQL and/or Python. Experience to design and build Power BI reports. Professional experience in a Supply Chain, CI, or Project Management Role. SAP ERP Analytics experience. Exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, structure, and analyze issues and provide actionable recommendations. Understanding and sensitivity to different cultural behaviors. Strong desire to challenge and improve status-quo. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; flexible and able to work under pressure. Team player with commitment to collaboration with the planning teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Mobility as some international or domestic travel may be required. Education: Bachelors Degree
