Responsibilities:
- Build and ship features across our entire stack, from backend services to customer-facing interfaces
- Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Experiment with AI tools to boost developer and user experience
- Collaborate closely with teammates across engineering, product, and design
- Take ownership of projects from idea to production
- Mentor other developers and share knowledge to help the team grow
Requirements:
- 5+ years building web applications (Ruby on Rails preferred)
- Proven ability to ship high-quality work with minimal oversight
- Strong ownership and drive; you make things happen
- Passion for solving problems and continuously improving
- Comfortable working independently in a distributed team
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
- Building APIs (REST or GraphQL)
- Frontend frameworks like React or Next.js
- Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools
- AWS services and APIs
- AI tooling
