Accountable for identifying, shaping and delivering strategic results through multiple business analytics disciplines
Works in collaboration with Product, Operations and Business leaders to provide thought partnership and drive decision making based on analytical insights across different parts of the organization
Lead a Business Analysis (BA) team within the C&CE organization
Work closely with Product, Operations and Technology teams to understand the business problems and guide the development of analytical models/insights
Develop and execute the strategic agenda, including multi-year strategic planning, developing business cases, securing funding for prioritized strategic initiatives and coordinating strategic efforts with broader Enterprise business partners
Influence new technology solutions that improve the product experience and generate efficiencies
Employ a range of analytical techniques to identify business opportunities and make strategic recommendations
Leverage critical deck building skills to create compelling business cases and recommendations that influence outcomes with senior executives
Partner closely with Product, Operations, Technology and Finance teams across the company.

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business or related field preferred; MBA or other relevant graduate degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering preferred
8+ years of experience with business, operations or similar applicable experience
2+ years of people leadership experience is required
The preferred candidate will have at least 4 years of work experience in consulting or business analysis
The preferred candidate will have experience leveraging SQL in a business environment
Strong analytical and finance skills are required
Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills, including an ability to present work products to senior executives.
