Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners to design, configure, and implement system solutions
Support end-to-end system lifecycle activities, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to align stakeholders on requirements and solution design
Develop and maintain documentation and artifacts such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), and process maps and data flow diagrams
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development and defect triage
Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, data governance, and security policies
Act as a change agent by supporting training, documentation, and user adoption efforts
Monitor solution performance and recommend system enhancements based on business feedback and metrics
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or SAFe methodologies
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language (and vice versa)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
