Storable is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager to serve as a strategic partner to our self-storage clients, driving measurable growth across digital channels. This role involves full ownership of client strategy, performance, and revenue impact, focusing on retention, expansion, and long-term value creation.
Responsibilities:
- Own a book of business of self-storage clients, accountable for retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and ongoing strategic planning with clients
- Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities across digital marketing channels and Storable’s broader product ecosystem
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices, industry trends, and growth opportunities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, paid media, local listings, conversion optimization)
- Translate client goals into measurable marketing plans with clear KPIs and ROI targets
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to continuously optimize funnel performance and conversion rates
- Leverage data to provide actionable insights and forward-looking recommendations, not just reporting
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing Ops, Product, Sales, Support) to deliver integrated solutions and improve client outcomes
- Advocate for client needs internally and influence product and service enhancements
- Contribute to scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices across the digital marketing function
- Serve as a subject matter expert in digital marketing within the self-storage vertical
- Mentor junior team members and support the development of best-in-class account management practices
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in local SEO, paid media, and AI-driven marketing optimization
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client strategy roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or agency environments
- Proven track record of managing client relationships tied to revenue retention and growth
- Strong expertise across SEO/SEM, paid media, conversion optimization, and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights and business outcomes
- Experience leading client-facing strategy conversations (QBRs, planning sessions, performance reviews)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both clients and internal partners
- Highly analytical with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and reporting frameworks
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-impact accounts
- Experience working with multi-location or SMB clients (self-storage, real estate, hospitality, franchise, or similar industries)
- Familiarity with local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and review generation strategies
- Exposure to SaaS-based marketing platforms or integrated marketing ecosystems
- Experience identifying and driving upsell or cross-sell opportunities within an account base
