Full Stack Engineer | Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team. The role involves reviewing engineering artifacts, providing feedback, creating technical documents, and ensuring high-quality standards in software engineering materials.

Responsibilities:

• Review engineering artifacts such as design documents, technical slide decks, and analysis spreadsheets
• Provide detailed and constructive feedback to improve clarity, structure, and technical accuracy
• Create original technical artifacts including architecture decks, RFCs, post-mortems, and data analyses
• Annotate and comment on engineering materials to enhance presentation and content quality
• Apply software engineering expertise to ensure artifacts reflect realistic professional standards

Requirements:

• Strong experience in software engineering across backend, full-stack, ML, infrastructure, mobile, or related domains
• Strong experience in technical writing and creating technical presentations
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work consistently
• Strong understanding of software engineering workflows and documentation standards
