Job Title: IT Support Tech
Location: Long Beach, CA (FULLY ONSITE)
Duration: 6-12 months Contract
Experience: 3+ years
Top Must Have s:
Strong grasp of networking basics: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN
Working knowledge of Windows environments and Apple iOS
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Office 365 and Power Apps is a plus
Experience with MDM tools such as Meraki Systems Manager or AirWatch
Familiar with ticketing systems like Zendesk, FreshService, and ServiceNow
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Experience with teleconferencing and VOIP tools including Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
Education: Degree or background in Networking or a related field preferred
