Job Overview:
- The Software Tester/QA Analyst 3 will lead quality assurance strategy and execution across projects and releases.
- The role involves overseeing testing activities including functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- The position requires ensuring alignment between requirements and test coverage while maintaining high standards of quality and governance.
- The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery and release readiness.
Requirement/Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- 3+ years of experience in a QA Lead or Test Lead role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience leading user acceptance testing and working with business stakeholders.
- Experience in clinical healthcare environments.
Experience:
- Experience leading QA strategy and test planning.
- Experience managing defects and ensuring resolution.
- Experience coordinating testing across multiple teams and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own QA and testing strategy across projects and releases.
- Lead test planning, execution, and reporting activities.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, scripts, and traceability matrices.
- Coordinate QA activities across internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Ensure alignment between requirements, test coverage, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
- Establish QA standards, best practices, and governance processes.
- Oversee test environments, data preparation, and release readiness.
- Provide risk-based testing recommendations and release decisions.
