Software Tester/QA Analyst 3

• The Software Tester/QA Analyst 3 will lead quality assurance strategy and execution across projects and releases.
• The role involves overseeing testing activities including functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• The position requires ensuring alignment between requirements and test coverage while maintaining high standards of quality and governance.
• The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery and release readiness.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• 3+ years of experience in a QA Lead or Test Lead role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Experience leading user acceptance testing and working with business stakeholders.
• Experience in clinical healthcare environments.

Experience:

• Experience leading QA strategy and test planning.
• Experience managing defects and ensuring resolution.
• Experience coordinating testing across multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own QA and testing strategy across projects and releases.
• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, scripts, and traceability matrices.
• Coordinate QA activities across internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Ensure alignment between requirements, test coverage, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
• Establish QA standards, best practices, and governance processes.
• Oversee test environments, data preparation, and release readiness.
• Provide risk-based testing recommendations and release decisions.
