Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce FSL Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL). The ideal candidate should have strong technical and architectural experience in designing scalable FSL solutions and working closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud and FSL

• Lead architecture, development, and deployment of FSL solutions

• Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs

• Configure and optimize Dispatcher Console and scheduling policies

• Oversee mobile app configuration and field service operations

• Manage integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware tools

• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and lead technical discussions

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning (FSL)

• Hands-on expertise in:

• Apex

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• SOQL/SOSL

• REST/SOAP APIs

• Deep understanding of:

• FSL Data Model

• Dispatcher Console

• Mobile App configuration

• Experience in integrations and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft)

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
