Job Description:

• The Tester will be responsible for executing test plans and validating hardware and software functionality in both field and controlled environments.
• The role involves hands-on testing, defect tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Work with hardware to create test plans and test cases.
• Work indoor and outdoor in the field, traveling to multiple sites within a defined area.
• Ability to lift required weight when needed.
• Flexibility to adjust working hours or dates based on project needs.
• Execute test cases on devices using scenario-based testing.
• Write, read, run, and enhance test scripts in collaboration with software teams.
• Execute test cases in the field and interpret and report results.
• Identify, isolate, document, and track bugs through resolution.
• Support system setup, verification, troubleshooting, and reporting tasks.
• Provide technical support to field operations or trial teams.
• Apply knowledge of wireless and networking technologies, mobile devices, and quality assurance practices.
• Gain knowledge of product features and functional requirements to effectively execute tests.

Experience:

• Experience in software QA testing, including writing test plans, use cases, and issue reports.
• Experience testing in a consumer electronics lab or field environment.
• Experience working on consumer hardware and software products.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
