We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Support Associate to provide comprehensive clerical and financial support. This role is responsible for maintaining records, compiling and analyzing data, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across administrative and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation
- Assist with data retrieval, compilation, and financial reporting (budgeting, variance analysis, cost tracking)
- Support month-end close activities and ensure timely processing
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and internal controls
- Perform limited accounts payable and invoice processing tasks
- Assist with basic inventory tracking and reporting
- Support miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0 5 years of experience in administrative support, clerical functions, or financial reporting
