Senior Back-End Software Engineer (Python/AI)
We have an immediate need for a Senior Software Engineer to join a management consulting company for a 1-year contract. The client is looking for a strong back-end focus (80-85%), supporting enterprise-grade application development that integrates existing Generative AI (GenAI) models (e.g., ChatGPT, Mistral, Gemini). This role combines hands-on back-end engineering with the ability to apply AI capabilities and troubleshoot across the full stack - particularly in enterprise environments.

Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone Business Hours)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 80-100/HR W2 plus benefits

What You Will Do:
Contribute as a hands-on engineer building high-quality, enterprise-grade B2B software products and platforms
Lead development of specific technical components while influencing product design and overall system architecture
Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure software that meets high standards for performance and reliability
Write clean, well-tested code and actively participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes
Break down user stories into technical tasks and support agile delivery from development through deployment
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide advanced debugging support for production environments
Identify and adopt new technologies, tools, and frameworks to solve complex engineering challenges
