Design and execute detailed manual and automated test plans on mobile and web applications
Ensure the seamless functionality of our systems
Coordinate testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs
Lead comprehensive regression testing to verify system performance after fixes
Drive the validation of test cases, ensuring they are thorough, effective, and aligned with business objectives

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
3-5 years of QA experience
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes (i.e., Scrum, Kanban)
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Experience with test management and defect tracking software tools (i.e., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.)
Ability to implement test automation strategies
Proficiency in test case automation using Mabl or other QA automation tools
A solid understanding of SOAP and/or REST API’s is a must
Ability to understand complex business systems and developed functional specifications
Ability to use SQL and write queries
Knowledge of web services, HTML, JavaScript
Consumer Facing Mobile applications and Web experience
