Need Program Manager/Project Manager - Remote

Vinsys Information Technology Inc is seeking a Program Manager/Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementation and digital product development. This role will manage all phases of the project, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline while meeting business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with WMATA s strategic goals
• Oversee the development and execution of the project plan, ensuring resources, timelines, and deliverables are managed efficiently
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication
• Identify and manage risks and issues, providing proactive solutions to mitigate delays
• Track project progress and generate status reports for both internal teams and WMATA stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with WMATA s procurement and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, with at least 3 years in content management systems, preferably AEM
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, project budgets, and timelines
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
