The SilverRock Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to educate customers about their warranties while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls educating and answering questions regarding the customer's warranty
Requirements:
- High School diploma required
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
- Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT or NV
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Agile in a fast-paced environment
- Plays well with others
