Business Analyst-III

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst-III to support the gift card business. The role involves tracking and reconciling invoices related to gift card marketing, setting up tests and campaigns, and analyzing customer complaints to identify solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the gift card business at Client , responsible for tracking and reconciling invoices related to gift card marketing activity
• Sets up new tests and campaigns to prove out business concepts before we build and launch them
• Analyze support inbounds related to gift cards and identify / solve for top problem drivers leading to customer complaints for the business
• Work cross-functionally across the New Verticals Organization and broader Client

Requirements:

• Supports the gift card business at Client, responsible for tracking and reconciling invoices related to gift card marketing activity
• Sets up new tests and campaigns to prove out business concepts before we build and launch them
• Analyze support inbounds related to gift cards and identify / solve for top problem drivers leading to customer complaints for the business
• Work cross-functionally across the New Verticals Organization and broader Client
• Must be fluent in Microsoft office products or google productivity suites, specifically sheets and docs
• Associate's degree OR equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Fluent in spreadsheets
• Has experience working in finance or financial models
• Experience building budget trackers
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus
• Past background in tech a plus
