WireBuzz is a revenue consulting and acceleration company founded by Todd Hartley. The Digital Marketing Manager will guide clients through courses using an internal AI engine, manage client journeys, and oversee in-house marketing efforts including landing page design and copy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead 1-on-1 strategy sessions to extract clarity on positioning, audience, and messaging
- Use our proprietary AI application to research markets, surface pain points, and draft video scripts and presentation slides
- Manage the build of each client's Journey Pages (message, structure, flow)
- Prep clients for their session with our video coach and oversee final asset integration
- Run a 30-day post-launch review to identify conversion gaps and optimize their implementation
- Advise on traffic strategy across our partner network: paid ads, referrals, joint ventures, podcasts, and speaking engagements
- Work with the Hartley Interactive team to design and write landing pages for our events, products, and services
- Run A/B tests and report monthly on what is moving the numbers
- Write email sequences and nurture flows for promotions and launches
- Refine conversion copy across the funnel based on performance data
- Stay current on AI models, tools, and prompt approaches that improve speed and output quality
Requirements:
- Background in digital marketing and CRO with proven results
- Strong copywriting fundamentals and proficiency in designing and implementing email copy and marketing funnels
- Working familiarity with the major LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini) as daily tools
- Confidence leading client conversations and translating strategy into deliverables
- A data-led approach: you read the numbers, spot the leak, and know what to test next
