The Lead Business Systems Analyst for Go-To-Market Systems will be responsible for ensuring technology solutions enhance sales, marketing, and customer success processes, while collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvements and drive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Document detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria aligned with organizational data standards
- Collaborate with the GTM Systems delivery team to communicate requirements, validate solution architecture, and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs
- Lead the identification and resolution of highly complex, multi-faceted business challenges within the GTM ecosystem, architecting scalable solutions that support long-term growth
- Proactively determine the best methods and procedures for new projects, establishing standards for requirement gathering, documentation, and system configuration
- Conduct end-to-end impact assessments across the Lead-to-Cash process to identify downstream effects on Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer and Partner Experience
- Maintain strong conceptual understanding of system configurations (product catalogs, pricing logic, data models, integrations) to bridge business and technical teams
- Define test cases and lead user acceptance testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- 6+ years of related experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting large-scale enterprise applications in a B2B SaaS environment
- SaaS Industry experience preferred
- Solid functional understanding of Sales Cloud, CPQ systems, and the broader Quote-to-Cash process
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive business stakeholders, driving consensus on complex topics
- Strong conceptual understanding of system configuration, process mapping, data modeling, and integration concepts
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to bridge business needs and technical delivery
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
