Umbrella BPO is a mission-driven company focused on helping businesses succeed. As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and qualify potential customers, driving sales efforts and contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through various channels including online research, social media, and networking
- Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social media
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their potential fit with our services
- Conduct initial discovery calls to gather information and assess the prospect’s interest
- Manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals
- Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on lead generation campaigns and messaging
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market conditions and prospect needs
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Be able to adapt and adjust to what the business needs are
Requirements:
- Professional English fluency
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Bachelor's Degree (Nice to have)
