Research Associate I

• The Scientific professional will perform laboratory-based experiments focused on molecular biology and microbiology techniques in a high-throughput environment.
• The role requires strict adherence to standard operating procedures, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and independently analyzing experimental results.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced lab setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-throughput PCR, cloning, and analytical experiments.
• Follow standard operating procedures consistently and accurately.
• Maintain Good Laboratory Practices and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Conduct experiments independently and interpret results effectively.
• Prepare and deliver presentations in team meetings.
• Document experimental procedures and results accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to support research activities.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of molecular biology and microbiology techniques.
• Experience with PCR, restriction digestion, cloning, and related methods.
• Familiarity with laboratory data documentation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new techniques.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Experience with high-throughput experimental workflows.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree with 3+ years of experience or Master s degree with 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.

Should Have:

• Experience with electronic lab notebooks.
• Knowledge of advanced molecular techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a laboratory environment.
