Responsibilities
- Participate in moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables.
- Contribute to large-scale planning and execution of software engineering solutions.
- Analyze and evaluate software engineering challenges involving multiple variables and dependencies.
- Support the resolution of technical issues by applying sound engineering judgment and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and client stakeholders to meet project goals and delivery timelines.
- Apply a solid understanding of software engineering processes, policies, and compliance requirements in day-to-day work.
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Java development.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Experience gained through one or more of the following: industry work, consulting, education, training, or military service.
- Experience with Radiant Logic or similar identity/data integration platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (or valid visa).
