IT Business Analyst - PDM

Global Technical Talent is a minority-owned staffing firm providing strategic advice and technology solutions. They are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams, translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements while supporting systems in product data management within the life sciences industry.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT/development teams
• Support system implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Ensure alignment with quality and regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP)
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Experience with PDM, quality systems, or manufacturing systems in life sciences
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Product Data Management tools or ELN platforms (e.g., Labguru)
• Familiarity with system integrations and data flows
• Knowledge of regulated environments (GxP, FDA, ISO)
