Coronis Health is focused on building innovative healthcare revenue cycle management solutions. The Principal Product Designer will define and design customer-facing tools, transforming complex workflows and financial data into intuitive product experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Experiment, prototype, and test concepts rapidly to support product-market fit initiatives and customer feedback loops
- Partner closely with product, engineering, operational, and customer-facing teams to translate customer workflows and insights into scalable product experiences
- Design systems and workflows that unify operational billing activities with higher-level financial and analytical insights
- Lead design efforts across the full product development lifecycle, including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, visual design, and implementation collaboration
- Simplify complex datasets, analytics, and operational workflows into intuitive and actionable user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms
- Create meaningful visualizations and decision-support tools that help customers better understand and improve financial performance
- Contribute to broader product strategy by helping frame problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and explore innovative approaches
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation
- Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business goals, operational realities, and technical constraints
- Help establish and evolve design standards, systems, and processes within the organization
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably within B2B SaaS, healthcare, RCM, finance, or business intelligence environments
- Proven experience designing and shipping products in early-stage or 0-to-1 product environments
- Strong proficiency with Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools
- Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, synthesize insights, and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise applications, workflow tools, analytics platforms, or data-dense interfaces across desktop and mobile experiences
- Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect complex workflows and themes across multiple product surfaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
- Experience with AI-powered products, predictive analytics, or human-in-the-loop automation
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management, EMR/EHR integrations, payer systems, or healthcare operations
- Experience designing products that support operational and financial decision-making
