HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Change and Project Manager to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. The role is primarily focused on Change Management, with responsibilities including program management, stakeholder impact assessments, and developing comprehensive training plans.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a comprehensive training/enablement plan in addition to create of the content. Leverage the impact assessment to determine the best approach for end user training, appropriate modalities, and the recommended timeline
- Change champion program. Candidate should have ability to set up and manage change champions. IE Provide materials for roles/expectations and offer onboarding/engagement throughout the project
- Define and drive communication strategy and cadence in partnership with business leaders
- Ensure training and enablement plans are role based and aligned with deployment timelines
- Monitor change readiness and adoption risks; define mitigation actions proactively
- Own the integrated program plan covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and assumptions
- Drive cross functional coordination across business, IT, vendors, and external partners
- Establish and manage governance forums (SteerCo, program reviews, working groups)
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of Hands on experience with OCM disciplines: impact assessment, communication, training, resistance management, adoption tracking
- Experience in creating a comprehensive training/enablement plan in addition to create of the content
- Leverage the impact assessment to determine the best approach for end user training, appropriate modalities, and the recommended timeline
- Experience in developing and execute the overall change management strategy aligned to program objectives
- Experience in leading the program and perform stakeholder impact assessments across roles, processes, and systems
