ATTN Agency is a boutique, performance-driven digital marketing agency trusted by e-commerce and DTC brands. They are seeking an Associate-level Brand Strategist to manage a portfolio of e-commerce clients, focusing on developing marketing strategies and tracking performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead communication with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and develop digital marketing strategies that align with those goals
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across a variety of paid channels (including Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, CTV, and more) and message channels (specifically email, SMS, and mailers)
- Utilize data and analytics across various sources to recognize areas of opportunity to improve performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and tactics
- Communicate and present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements:
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on paid media for direct-to-consumer businesses
- 1+ years of agency experience
- Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp and Asana
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing ROI-driven digital marketing strategies
- Understanding of growth/performance marketing metrics
- Experience working with data and delivering insights and recommendations to clients
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field
- Certifications in Meta, Google, TikTok, and Klaviyo are a plus
