JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking an RDQA Project Manager to join their high-performing RDQA Analytics Center of Excellence team. This role focuses on leading complex projects across R&D Quality and Clinical Quality functions while improving operational processes and driving scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, cross-functional, and large-scale initiatives across clinical and quality operations
- Oversee project governance, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication activities
- Support RDQA Analytics Center of Excellence initiatives focused on operational tools, systems, workflows, and metrics
- Partner with R&D Quality teams supporting compliance, vendor quality, risk management, and clinical quality operations
- Drive process improvement, automation, harmonization, standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Conduct data analysis, root cause investigations, and identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Apply project management methodologies including Agile, Lean Six Sigma, SDLC, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks
- Support stakeholder engagement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple business functions
- Provide SME guidance on systems, workflows, governance frameworks, and process optimization efforts
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resource planning activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on organizational maturity and scalable operational solutions
- May mentor, guide, or coordinate junior team members and contractors supporting project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research environments
- Strong knowledge of GxP, GCP, GMP, GDP, and clinical research operations
- Experience managing complex cross-functional programs and operational transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, governance, and communication skills
- Experience with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, PLM, SDLC, Scrum, or related methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities
- Experience with risk management, change management, and operational excellence initiatives
- Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheets, SharePoint, Visio, Excel, and collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced and highly matrixed environments
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related project management certifications
- Experience supporting RDQA, Clinical Quality, Compliance, or Vendor Quality organizations
- Experience within regulated biotech or pharmaceutical environments
- Experience supporting operational analytics, governance frameworks, and reporting solutions
- Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance processes, and inspection readiness initiatives
- Experience mentoring project teams or coordinating contract resources
