Akkodis is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of their patient-facing digital experiences. This role involves owning core patient journeys, setting long-term vision, and collaborating with various teams to solve complex problems at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi‑quarter roadmap for provider directory and online scheduling experiences
- Lead deep discovery to understand patient, provider, and operational needs—especially within women’s healthcare
- Design and optimize patient journeys for provider discovery, availability, and booking, with a focus on access, trust, and equity
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear priorities, requirements, and tradeoffs
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, clinical, operations, and executive stakeholders
- Ensure scheduling accuracy, data integrity, and system reliability at scale
- Define and own success metrics such as discovery‑to‑booking conversion, appointment lead time, and provider utilization
- Blend qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform decisions and measure impact
- Anticipate operational and technical constraints and proactively design scalable solutions
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on access and scheduling, influencing broader platform and growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, high‑traffic products
- Proven success building consumer‑facing experiences involving search, discovery, scheduling, or marketplaces
- Strong cross‑functional leadership skills—able to drive outcomes through influence, not authority
- Sound product judgment and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on systems with complex data and integrations
- Clear, confident communicator with executive presence
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or other regulated environments
