MS Dynamics 365 AI Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain custom components for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and JavaScript customizations to support business requirements and operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support activities across environments.
• Build and maintain Power Apps, including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Portals.
• Develop and deploy intelligent chatbot and virtual assistant solutions using Copilot Studio with natural language capabilities.
• Integrate Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions with enterprise systems and external applications.
• Leverage AI Builder for predictive models, automation, and document processing use cases.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance standards across environments.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and support application lifecycle management processes using Azure DevOps.
• Maintain technical documentation and support release management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Dynamics 365 CE customizations and enhancements.
• Build and maintain Power Platform applications and workflows.
• Develop conversational AI solutions using Copilot Studio.
• Integrate enterprise systems using APIs and Azure services.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and support release cycles.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and performance standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and support lifecycle management activities.

Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development.
• Experience with conversational AI design and AI Builder solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management practices.

Skills:

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, conversational AI, and AI Builder.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse integrations.
• Familiarity with solution packaging, deployment, and version control processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in Agile and collaborative development environments.

Should Have:

• Experience with PCF controls, Power Pages, and advanced AI integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services and modern data integration frameworks.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Dynamics 365 development and architecture.
